Our Corporate Child Care Services

Qubercare looks forward to providing the highest quality childcare for your next gathering or corporate event. Corporate Childcare services consists of providing a safe and constructive environment for all children and team members. This will include a theme and curriculum of mini lessons and crafts/activities promoting education, emotional and social development.

Qubercare provides all supplies and snacks (if permitted by hotel or location). Families will need to provide food for lunch/ dinner and additional snacks for their children.

Parents will register their children on the qubercare.com website and then will be able to schedule the Room/ Class for their children during the conference. Parents can also have the option to book additional in room childcare as needed at their own expense.Video introductions of the caregivers will be available on the Qubercare website with biography of each of the caregivers who will be working at the conference have been back ground checked, are CPR/ First Aid Certified and come with impeccable references. All registered children will count toward the Caregiver to Child ratio. Registration for the following day will close the day prior to scheduled date to finalize numbers/ staff ratios. A schedule of planned activities will be provided for each Childcare Room for each day before the start of the conference.
