Qubercare Policies How Do Things Work?
You will register to create a QuberCare account. We use MindBody for our scheduling, so if when you are on a MindBody page to register, you are in the right place. If you don't see a Team member available for what you need, text or call (435) 901-9598, and we will get you scheduled.
The use of a website implies that clients agree to schedule care providers they are connected with exclusively through Qubercare. We work hard to source the highest quality candidates and receive a small percentage of the billed rate to compensate. Team members agree to work exclusively through Qubercare with clients they have been connected with. This agreement is how we stay in business to provide families with the highest quality care, so please be respectful of this agreement.
Qubercare has a 24-cancellation policy. The time you book 24 hours before is the time you are billed for. We have a minimum of 3 hours for childcare. The team members have to drive to/ from your location, so they want to make the trip worth it for them. If your plans finish early, you still are billed for what you booked. Its the agreement we have with our Team members that they can plan on payment for the work booked.
If you end up staying out longer, we can add on "add on time." So no need to stress if your plans run longer. As a courtesy, check with the nanny that she doesn't have other commitments and can stay longer than needed prior to departing.
If you have a sick child, it is at the Childcare Providers discretion if they are comfortable watching them. We adore our team members and want to keep them as healthy as possible. Thank you for understanding and helping keep our team healthy.
Kid cab is billed in 30-minute increments. You are billed $0.70 per mile in addition to the appointment. Children under 10 will need to be taken to a place where there is another adult who will be in charge of them. If they require a booster or car seat, please ensure it is with them upon pick up. We cannot transport without proper car seats. We adore children and want to keep them safe.
For Organizational services, we have a 5-hour minimum. Our amazing team of organizers is efficient, so we will get amazing things done in that time. You can always add more time if your organizational project is larger.
Personal Assistant has a 2-hour minimum. You are billed for the block of time plus mileage of $0.70 per mile if the Assistant needs to drive to complete errands. Our Personal Assistants work quickly to bust out your to-do list and get all the miscellaneous tasks completed. A detailed list is a great tool to help us help you.
For Pet Sitting Day Rate, the rate is billed per calendar day for up to 24 hours. This is lots of love and cuddles. We also have walks and adventures for them, so they will have lots of fun while you are away. We will leave your home in better condition than when we arrive and are happy to collect mail, water plants, take the trash to the curb, etc.
For Pet Boarding Day Rate, the rate is billed per calendar day for up to 24 hours. This includes pick up and drop off and lots of love and cuddles. We take your pups on walks and keep them active so they have a great time while you are away.
We need a CC or established payment method to book your appointment. Payment is due upon completion. A late fee of $35 is charged for payments not received within 24 hours or for CC decline.
We insure that all our team members are CPR/ First Aide Certified. We do a national back ground check and require references relative to the services we provide. We conduct interviews to insure that the team will provide the best service possible.
We have Team Members as we partner with amazing care providers. We encourage team members to get their EIN and empower them to utilize all the benefits of running their own business. This works great for families as they can 1099 their childcare provider vs having a W-2 employee.
You can always give your team member a cash tip if you like. If you would like you can add a tip upon check out. The team member will check out your appointment on their phone.
You will create an account on our Website utilizing MindBody and then can search for available team members. If you don’t find anyone available for your needs, feel free to text us at 435-901-9598 and we will do our best to get you scheduled. Once you are scheduled you will receive a confirmation email.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you change or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice then you will be charged for what you scheduled.
If your plans are running longer and you want to extend your time we are able to do add on time. This is based on the availability of the Team Member to accommodate your request.
If you child is ill it is at the Team Members discretion if they feel comfortable caring for the child. Our Team’s health and happiness is of the greatest importance.
If you haven’t provided the team member with money for the items the team member can purchase them at their discretion. You will be charged the cost of the items plus a 15% which will be added to your invoices.
Both are Qubercare vetted and the highest quality care providers. The ChildCare Pro service are team members who set their own rates. You will pay the booking fee to schedule the ChildCare Pro team member then pay the Child Care Pro directly. We are committed to sourcing the best care providers and empowering them to be their best!
